sweet potato cake

Ingredients for 8 people:
Sweet potatoes 1.5 kg flour 100 grams sugar 300 grams butter 250 grams 5 eggs 1 clove vanilla (split the bean in half and scrape out the seeds with a knife) 4 tbsp. tablespoon anise liqueur
